ハワイは暑い毎日です。
でも木陰は涼しい。
今日からフィジカルセラピーに通ってリハビリ開始。
全然、動かない。でも1時間くらいやったら少しは動いてきました。
しかし、親指は動かすの禁止。
まずは健全な4本指から。腫れていて曲がりにくいが頑張った！
